The program has so much to give you success in building an hourglass body. I have hipdips and they're less pronounced after following this routine and my square glutes are rounder. I'm shocked. As someone who has been in the gym 3+ years already (but not really staying on the same workout plan), this program actually gave me results. i dont even write reviews but i figured i owe it to "coach scar" for changing my life lol.
